Monthly Circle: SACRED BOUNDARIES - Sunday 22nd November
There comes a point when keeping the peace begins to cost you your own.
When saying yes becomes automatic.
When you give beyond what you have.
When you swallow your truth because it feels easier.
When you find yourself carrying other people's emotions, expectations and needs — while your own become harder to hear.
This circle is an invitation to come back to yourself. To explore the boundaries that protect your energy, your time, your body, your voice and your sense of self. Not walls. Not shutting people out. Not becoming hard or unavailable. But learning where your edges are and becoming willing to honour them.
WHAT ARE YOUR BOUNDARIES TELLING YOU?
Boundaries can show us where we have been abandoning ourselves. Perhaps you find yourself:
Saying yes when you really mean no
Feeling responsible for how other people feel
Over-giving or over-explaining
Feeling drained after certain people or situations
Struggling to ask for what you need
Staying quiet to avoid conflict
Feeling guilty when you put yourself first
Absorbing the energy and emotions around you
Knowing something isn't right, but overriding your own instincts
Sometimes the boundary we need isn't with another person. Sometimes it is with an old version of ourselves. The version that learned to be agreeable. To be useful. To be needed. To be everything for everyone. This circle asks: What happens when you stop abandoning yourself?
A SPACE TO COME BACK TO YOURSELF
Together we will explore what sacred boundaries mean — emotionally, energetically and practically.
We will look at where your energy is going, where you may be giving too much, and what your body and intuition might already be telling you. There will be space to share, reflect and be witnessed, but also space to go inward. This isn't about creating a perfect set of rules for your relationships. It is about developing a deeper relationship with your own yes, your own no, your own needs and your own truth.
WHAT WE WILL EXPLORE
✦ Your energy - Where are you giving, leaking or carrying more than belongs to you?
✦ Your voice - What have you been holding back? Where do you need to speak more clearly?
✦ Your yes and your no - What happens in your body when you say yes when you mean no? What would it feel like to trust your no without needing to justify it?
✦ Your edges - Where do you need more space, protection or distance? Where have your boundaries become blurred?
✦ Choosing yourself - What would change if your needs were allowed to matter too?
THE CIRCLE
This will be a deeply held, intimate space for women to explore these themes together. The evening will include:
Circle sharing - A chance to speak, listen and be witnessed.
Reflection & journalling - Gentle prompts to uncover where your boundaries may be asking for attention.
Pair or small-group exploration - A chance to explore the theme more personally and hear different perspectives.
Guided meditation / journey - An invitation to return to your own energy, reconnect with your voice and explore what you need to protect.
Energetic boundary ritual - A simple ritual to consciously release what isn't yours and strengthen your relationship with your own energetic space.
Closing ceremony - A moment to honour what you have discovered and choose what you are taking forward. You are invited to come exactly as you are. Because perhaps the parts of you waiting in the shadows aren't asking to be feared. Perhaps they are simply asking to be seen.
Please Bring
A journal and pen
An item for the altar (optional) that represents what you wish to bring into the circle
A yoga mat is essential, plus a cushion, blanket, or anything else that helps you feel comfortable, and as the hall will be getting colder in Novemebr you may want to bring an extra blanket along
An open heart and curiosity for what may unfold

A Final Invitation
There is something profoundly healing about being witnessed by other women.
To remember that you are not alone. To hear your own voice in a room where nothing needs fixing. To sit around the metaphorical fire and allow yourself to be held by community.
If you have been longing for deeper connection, honest conversation, ritual, and a space where all parts of you are welcome, I would be honoured to welcome you into the cauldron.
Come as you are. Leave carrying a little more of yourself home.
