There is a difference between learning about Spirit and learning how to walk with Spirit.

For a long time, I have felt that something has been missing from spiritual development.

So many courses teach us how to become more psychic. How to give readings. How to receive messages for other people. How to connect with Spirit on behalf of someone else.

But what about learning how to build a relationship with Spirit for yourself?

  • What about learning to understand your intuition to work with it every day?

  • What about learning what your own energy feels like?

  • How your nervous system affects your sensitivity?

  • How to explore psychic awareness without becoming overwhelmed by it?

  • How to know when to open and when to close, to be safe in the energy of Spirit?

  • How to walk towards the unseen without losing yourself in it?

That is where Walking With Spirit begins.

Before we reach beyond ourselves, we learn to come home to ourselves. Before we open, we learn how to feel safe. Before we interpret, we learn to listen. Before we seek answers, we learn discernment.

And then, slowly, we begin to widen the circle.

  • Dreams and symbols.

  • Ancestors.

  • Spirit.

  • And those who have crossed the veil.

This is not about becoming permanently open. It is about learning how to walk between the seen and unseen worlds with awareness, grounding and trust.

Held through the darker months, Walking With Spirit is an invitation to slow down and listen differently.

Winter has always asked us to turn inward. To rest. To dream.

To sit with what cannot always be explained.

Over three months, we will move through a carefully held journey of relationship.

A THREE-MONTH WINTER APPRENTICESHIP

  • MONTH ONE

    RETURNING HOME TO YOURSELF

    The foundations. Your nervous system. Your energy. Your intuition. Your boundaries. Your discernment. Your relationship with safety and trust.

    Because before we learn to listen beyond ourselves, we must first learn to recognise ourselves.

  • MONTH TWO

    MEETING THE LIVING WORLD

    Spirit is not only found beyond the veil. It lives in relationship. With land. Nature. Place. Dreams. Symbols. The animals we encounter. The patterns we begin to notice.

    This month invites you to become a student of the living world. To slow down. Pay attention. And listen.

  • MONTH THREE

    WALKING BETWEEN WORLDS

    With stronger foundations beneath you, we begin to explore deeper relationships with Spirit. Ancestors. Spirit helpers and guides. The dead. Mediumistic awareness. Journeying. Ethics. Discernment. And the responsibility that comes with spiritual relationship.

    Mediumship is explored not as the destination, but as one possible expression of connection

THROUGHOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP YOU WILL RECEIVE

  • A weekly space to learn, explore, experience and deepen your relationship with Spirit. Each session combines teaching, reflection, discussion and practical experience, allowing the work to unfold gradually across the winter months. Tuesday evenings GMT, all recorded.

  • A pre recorded session over the busy festive period to find your own time and space for.

  • This isn't simply something you learn with your mind. Throughout the apprenticeship, you'll be guided through journeys and experiences designed to help you explore your inner world, the living world and your own relationship with the unseen.

  • Each week, you'll receive a simple practice or invitation to take the work beyond the screen and into your everyday life. Small opportunities to listen, notice, experiment and develop your relationship with Spirit in your own way.

  • Spirit isn't only found in meditation or behind closed doors. You'll be invited to take your practice outside, into nature, onto the land and into your local environment, learning to slow down, pay attention and enter into deeper relationship with the living world around you.

  • Dedicated opportunities to ask questions, explore experiences and integrate what is unfolding for you. Because spiritual development isn't always about finding immediate answers, sometimes it's about having the right space to explore the questions.

  • A ritual experience, through reflection, guided journeying and ritual, you'll be invited to step into the stillness of winter and listen to what is waiting beneath the surface.

  • As winter begins to loosen its grip and spring returns, we gather once more to reflect on the journey. A space to honour what has changed, what you've discovered and how your relationship with Spirit will continue beyond the Apprenticeship.

  • Beautiful downloadable notes and resources to accompany your journey. These are not simply worksheets to complete, but field notes to return to as your understanding and experiences continue to deepen.

  • Throughout the three months, you'll be encouraged to keep your own record of the journey.

    Dreams. Symbols. Synchronicities. Feelings. Encounters. Questions. Moments of knowing.

    Over time, your journal becomes a map of your own unique relationship and language with Spirit.

  • A private space to walk alongside others on the journey. Share reflections, experiences and questions, celebrate the moments of recognition and remember that you don't have to explore this path alone.
