FAQs
What services do you offer?
1
I offer intuitive energy healing, shamanic healing, psychic and mediumship readings, space and energy clearing, and one-to-one spiritual mentorship. My work supports both individuals and environments—helping to restore balance, clear stagnant or heavy energy, and reconnect you to your own sense of clarity, safety, and intuition.
What is energy healing?
2
Energy healing is a gentle, non-invasive practice that supports the body, mind, and spirit in returning to balance. Working with life force energy, the subtle yet powerful energy that flows through all living things, energy healing helps to clear blockages, restore harmony, and awaken your natural ability to heal. I work intuitively and in collaboration with your spirit team to create a uniquely supportive and soul-guided experience. My approach is holistic, honouring your emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual needs. You can also read more about this here.
What is space or energy clearing?
3
Space clearing focuses on the energy within a home, workplace, or environment. Over time, spaces can hold onto emotional residue, stress, or heavy energy. This work helps to clear, reset, and rebalance the environment, creating a space that feels calmer, lighter, and more supportive to live or work in.This can be done in person or remotely, depending on the space and your needs. Also see below for spirit work related to this.
What is spirit work?
4
Spirit work within my practice is grounded and intentional. It may involve sensing and working with Spirit within a healing session, or the energetic imprint within a person or space, and supporting the clearing or rebalancing of that energy where needed. When in a space, this is always approached in a calm, contained, and respectful way, with a focus on restoring stability and safety rather than creating fear or dependency.
Energy healing is generally safe and supportive for most people, children and animals. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are receiving mental health support, you are welcome to reach out beforehand so we can ensure the session is appropriate for you.

Each session and offering is unique and guided by what you need. Overall most people experience deep relaxation, a sense of calm, or emotional release, and support of transformation. Some feel physical sensations such as warmth or tingling, while others notice shifts more subtly over time.
What happens in an in-person session?
7
In-person sessions take place in Brighton, at Bond Street or Higher Ground. You’ll lie fully clothed on a treatment bed in a calm, supportive space. I work intuitively, sometimes incorporating grounding techniques, breath, crystal or sound where appropriate. At the end, we allow time to ground and gently return.
What happens in a distance session?
8
At the time of your session, you can rest in a quiet, comfortable space. I will tune in and carry out the work remotely for The Returning sessions. Afterwards, I’ll send a voice note or written reflection with anything that came through. All other remote and online sessions will be over Zoom. You may feel sensations during the session, or simply notice changes in the hours or days that follow.
