Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change.

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance using your booking confirmation email. If you’re unable to do this, please contact me via email and I will assist where possible.

For cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment, the full session fee (100%) will be charged.

In cases of extreme circumstances (such as illness or unforeseen incidents), some flexibility may be offered. These situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at Simone’s discretion.

By booking a session, you agree to this policy.
