NEW Monthly Circle: The Alchemy of Gratitude - July
The Alchemy of Gratitude
The first monthly gathering for women seeking community, truth, and deeper remembrance.
After two years devoted to intensive training, study, and my own unfolding, I am opening the circle once again.
These are not simply women's circles. They are cauldrons. Matrixes, as the crones call them.
Sacred spaces where women gather to be witnessed, to soften, to laugh, to grieve, to remember, and to discover more of who they are beneath the expectations they carry each day.
In a world that asks us to keep going, to hold everything together, and to move quickly from one thing to the next, this is an invitation to pause and come home to yourself in the company of other women.
Each month, we will explore a different theme through ritual, te season, reflection, guided practices, meaningful conversation, and community. These circles honour the whole woman, the parts that shine brightly and the parts that are still asking to be seen.
Our First Gathering:
The Alchemy of Gratitude
Gratitude has become one of the most commonly spoken spiritual practices, but too often it asks us to bypass the fullness of our human experience. At this high energy time of summer it can be common theme.
How often have we been told to simply "be grateful" when our hearts were breaking?
What if gratitude wasn't about denying our pain, minimising our struggles, or forcing positivity?
What if true gratitude invited us to honour both the blessings and the burdens that have shaped us?
During this circle, we will explore:
• Gratitude beyond toxic positivity
• The shadow side of gratitude: guilt, obligation, comparison, and resentment
• Honouring what nourishes and sustains us
• Recognising the wisdom within our challenges
• Deep reflection and journalling practices
• Sacred optional sharing within a held and confidential space
• Ritual and symbolic release through the cauldron
• Meditation and connection with the wisdom within
Together, we will explore what it means to hold both joy and sorrow, tenderness and truth, and to meet ourselves with honesty and compassion.

A Final Invitation
There is something profoundly healing about being witnessed by other women.
To remember that you are not alone.
To hear your own voice in a room where nothing needs fixing.
To sit around the metaphorical fire and allow yourself to be held by community.
If you have been longing for deeper connection, honest conversation, ritual, and a space where all parts of you are welcome, I would be honoured to welcome you into the cauldron.
Come as you are. Leave carrying a little more of yourself home.
