Monthly Circle: THE UNSEEN SELF - Sunday 4th October

from £15.00

These monthly gathering for women seeking community, truth, and deeper remembrance.

After two years devoted to intensive training, study, and my own unfolding, I am opening the circle once again.

These are not simply women's circles. They are cauldrons. Matrixes, as the crones call them.

Sacred spaces where women gather to be witnessed, to soften, to laugh, to grieve, to remember, and to discover more of who they are beneath the expectations they carry each day.

In a world that asks us to keep going, to hold everything together, and to move quickly from one thing to the next, this is an invitation to pause and come home to yourself in the company of other women.

Each month, we will explore a different theme through ritual, te season, reflection, guided practices, meaningful conversation, and community. These circles honour the whole woman, the parts that shine brightly and the parts that are still asking to be seen.

THE UNSEEN SELF

Exploring the shadow, projection and the hidden parts of ourselves.

There are parts of ourselves we know well.

The parts we show the world.
The parts we feel comfortable claiming.
The parts we have learned are acceptable, lovable or safe.

But what about everything else?

The anger we suppress.
The jealousy we judge.
The needs we deny.
The parts of ourselves we hide away.
The qualities we recognise so easily in others, but struggle to see within ourselves.

And what if some of the things we have pushed furthest into the shadows are not things to fear at all?

What if, hidden beneath them, are gifts we have forgotten how to claim?

This month's Women's Circle is an invitation to gently explore The Unseen Self as we move into the darker part of the year.

Together, we will explore the idea of the shadow, not as something dark or bad, but as the parts of ourselves that have been hidden, rejected, silenced or left unexplored.

We will look at projection, those moments when something in another person triggers us, frustrates us or captures our attention — and gently ask what it may be revealing about our own inner world.

And we will explore the possibility that within the parts we have learned to hide may also live:

✨ Our power
✨ Our truth
✨ Our instincts
✨ Our creativity
✨ Our voice
✨ Our hidden gifts

Through reflection, sharing, gentle exploration and meditation, this circle offers a space to meet yourself with greater honesty and compassion.

Not to fix yourself. Not to judge what you find. But to become a little more whole.

This circle will include:

✦ Guided reflection and journalling
✦ Circle sharing and being witnessed
✦ Exploration of shadow and projection
✦ Gentle pair or small-group connection
✦ A guided meditation/journey to meet a hidden aspect of yourself
✦ Reflection on the gifts waiting beneath the surface
✦ A closing ritual of integration

You are invited to come exactly as you are. Because perhaps the parts of you waiting in the shadows aren't asking to be feared. Perhaps they are simply asking to be seen.

Please Bring

  • A journal and pen

  • An item for the altar (optional) that represents what you wish to bring into the circle

  • A yoga mat is essential, plus a cushion, blanket, or anything else that helps you feel comfortable, and as the hall will be getting colder you may want to bring an extra blanket along

  • An open heart and curiosity for what may unfold

  • Anything that helps you feel cosy and supported.

A Final Invitation

There is something profoundly healing about being witnessed by other women.

To remember that you are not alone.

To hear your own voice in a room where nothing needs fixing.

To sit around the metaphorical fire and allow yourself to be held by community.

If you have been longing for deeper connection, honest conversation, ritual, and a space where all parts of you are welcome, I would be honoured to welcome you into the cauldron.

Come as you are. Leave carrying a little more of yourself home.
